Shipping information:
All orders are shipped from our office located in Lester, Pennsylvania, USA using the US Postal Service. We use Delivery Confirmation for all applicable orders, as well as signature confirmation for orders totalling USD $250.00 or more (not including shipping costs). Orders are shipped within two business days of purchase excluding Saturdays, Sundays and major US holidays. We ship worldwide as allowable by law; please be sure to read the important information below regarding shipments to locations outside the US.

Returns/Refunds:
Unopened/unused items in as-shipped condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price paid. Please contact us prior to sending a return to receive complete instructions to expedite processing.
